Springing from the traditional catering since July 1986, the date of the beginning of my apprenticeship and after several experiences my wife (also catering qualified) and i decided to purchase that very old business wich was : a guesthouse, grocery shop, canteen, newsagent's, post-office, haberdasher's shop and so on...in short the forrunners of the supermarket.

In October 2001, we bought a bar, newsagent's, grocery shop with the gas cylinder sales and newspapers...In the middle of the countryside in St Denis le Vêtu, a little village in the area of Coutances with 600 souls and after very numerous work the restaurant has become what you can discover today.

By surrounding ourselves with suppliers who are usually locl, we privilege the quality products and the organic farming. We intend to make you share what we enjoy cooking and eating.

We obtain the Normandy tourist quality label, the tourist and disability label and we are ranked as a tourist restaurant. We join different asociations (The gastronomy of la Manche local food, a great idea of Coutances area).

Every midday, we offer you a full today's menu (starter, dish, dessert and coffee) apart from Sundays and bank holidays.

All the team welcomes you every day (with a booking) and rests on Sunday evenings, Tuesday evenings and Wednesday.
